Catisolzy 304 can only be used after neutralizing with acid . It is mild cationic emulsifier and conditioning agent in weak acid situation. The acids used for neutralization can be lactic acid, glutamic acid, citric acid and etc. The viscosity and emulsification temperature of the salt will be slightly different when Catisolzy 304 neutralizes with different acids.
